We are one of the first craft breweries to jump onto the Alberta market and since 2016, it has been our mission to create handcrafted ales to serve the amazing people that make up our community. That’s why we have created both unique, specialty beers as well as simple styles to assure that all those who come to our taproom and restaurant have a style to choose from. From our Double Trouble Belgian Dip Winter Seasonal to our mainstay Papa Bear Prairie Ale, we have a beer for both ale connoisseur’s + newbies alike. With all this beer however, comes one problem, SPENT GRAIN!
Everytime we brew, we are left with roughly 2 tonnes of wet grain, the byproduct of brewing beer. Although we partner with amazing farmers and ranchers across Alberta, we’ve always wanted to do more with the grain, which is why we started playing with the grain in house to create a unique, one of a kind pizza dough.
With 4 locations under our belt, and a handful more getting ready to go, we are looking for potential investors to help us make our dreams a reality!
